Paul Carroll and Virginia Harding served on a panel for the Kratovil Conference on Real Estate Law and Practice at the John Marshall Law School Center for Real Estate on September 29, 2006.  The panel discussed the Lingle v. Chevron case which dealt with the issue of a governmental entity's ability to supersede the rights of property owners.  Mr. Carroll and Ms. Harding discussed the Lingle case and its potential impact on future takings/eminent domain issues.
