Elizabeth Tenney's practice consists of advising business owners and investors regarding the tax consequences of various operating and transactional issues. Ms. Tenney also assists business owners and high net worth individuals in developing sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. Ms. Tenney's experience includes the structuring of mergers, acquisitions and buyouts and the creation of complex tax saving and wealth transfer techniques, including family limited partnerships, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and installment sales to defective grantor trusts. Finally, Ms. Tenney regularly assists individuals and fiduciaries with basic estate planning matters and the administration of trusts and estates.
