Julie Gracz prepares documents for compliance with corporate statutes and certain licensing regulations of various jurisdictions; prepares documents for corporate organization and maintenance; maintains records of corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships; prepares and files UCC financing statements; and assists attorneys in preparation, organization, and management of documents for corporate transactions.

Julie also handles real estate matters, with an emphasis on commercial transactions.  Julie has worked closely with our lawyers and clients in purchases and sales, acquisitions, new development and construction, and financing.
