Joe Marzo earned his Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in1997 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2004, where he was an Associate Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. 

Joe's areas of practice include all aspects of real estate law, including the representation of lenders, developers, management companies, and other corporate clients in commercial real estate transactions, financing, land use issues, leases, construction contracts, and related business matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe was an associate at Winston & Strawn, LLP where his practice included the analysis of the real estate components of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities.
