John Beery's practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of tax and financial transactions including structuring corporate, joint venture, and commercial transactions and assisting individuals and family businesses with tax and financial planning matters. John’s experience in these areas has included representations with respect to various types of business and investment entities, and has often involved derivatives and other financial instruments and the particular issues raised by such transactions. John’s practice has further emphasis on wealth preservation planning, as well as estate and gift matters.
