Wulf Kaal focuses his practice in the area of corporate transactions and counseling.  He has significant experience drafting documentation and negotiating terms related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, syndicated bank deals and credit agreements, and related securities matters.  Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Wulf worked in the Securities Compliance Division of Goldman Sachs in London.
