Brian Miller concentrates his practice in the area of corporate transactions and counseling.  He has significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, finance and tax driven transactions, venture capital investment, as well as contract drafting and negotiation for publicly traded and closely held companies.  Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Brian served as in-house general counsel to a company formed as a health savings account third party administrator.
