Real Estate
Gould & Ratner’s real estate practice includes all phases of the acquisition, development, financing, zoning, leasing and sale of real estate. Our experience in complex transactions includes representing lenders, borrowers, developers, equity investors and owners. We also advise real estate development and management companies, and businesses which own or lease real estate in the normal course of their businesses. When tax issues arise, we involve our real estate tax professionals early in the transaction process to ensure that such issues are addressed.
